Yeah it's the best is you want to gain as much exp in as little time as possible, although the constant banking, moving, longer cooking time & less money, i think make lobsters or monks more efficient
Most efficient way if you can make 300k an hourish is to barbarian fish then use other fish to get cooking. Shilo is a good alternative to barbarian though.
