=P I trained there from 50 or 60-ish to 70. Pretty good, or so I thought at the time.

Do you have to go in there with the supplies to make the arrows and hides and make it there, or is there a way to get in with armour and weapons?

You have to make the armor and bow. You can take finished arrows though.
